Ask Great Questions then shut up and listen You have two ears and one mouth for a reason use them accordingly. If you want to earn the clue is in the 1st three letters EAR. If you want to learn the clue is in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th letters EAR. The art or skill of listening is not taught in school it can only be learned by practice or Hearing.
If you want to EARN you have to LEARN to HEAR what your prospect is saying.
